The Housing Trust, a private, non-profit organization, is dedicated to enriching community character, encouraging social and economic diversity, and preserving the unique qualities of our valley by building and advocating for affordable homeownership in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

The Housing Trust is made up of dedicated staff members guided by a knowledgeable and engaged volunteer board. The board includes citizens from the real estate, financial, small business, architectural, and community services sectors, as well as homeowners and other long-time residents.



Anne Hayden Cresswell, Executive Director
Anne came to the Trust from the Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance, where she worked to protect the valley's natural resources. Her role at the Trust covers everything from analyzing local policies and legal issues to facilitating the sale of Trust homes.

Jan Marie Hobart, Program Coordinator
Jan Marie moved to Jackson in 1976 and has worked with the Trust since 2002. She has worked nearly everywhere in the valley, including Anthony's Restaurant, as a library assistant, landscaper, dog sitter and massage therapist.

Kathy Charbonneau, Marketing and Communications Director
Kathy has twenty years of experience in marketing and outreach for both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. In addition to working as a marketing and communications consultant in her own freelance business, she most recently served as Community Services Director for a library in Connecticut. Kathy and her husband relocated to the area after falling in love with it as long-time visitors to Jackson.

Bettie Pomeroy, Program Director
Bettie, a Jackson Hole homeowner since 1986, is fully aware of the challenges one faces to buy an affordable home in Teton County. Her eleven years in property management and homeowner relations in this valley along with her personal experience in homeownership is being put to good use at the Trust.
